The Officer School is an academically intense weekend that will concentrate on the fundamentals of cadet officership to include professionalism, strategic planning, communication strategies, leadership theory and practice, and training paradigms. The weekend of Officer School will be an introduction of material that will culminate in papers that will be due after the weekend, presentations given at NCO School and Encampment, mentorship and tasks to be completed at Encampment, and after-action reports which will be written after Encampment.
Another facet of Officer School is the planning process of the NCO School at which every cadet officer will serve as an instructor under the supervision of the Cadet Training Group Executive Senior Member Staff.

All cadet officers were sent memos from the Encampment Commander concerning a conference call to ask questions, a deadline to submit letters of intent by 01 March 2016, and other information. If you are a cadet officer and did not receive this information, click the link on the previous page to “Contact the Cadet Programs Staff”.
