During these busy summer months, it can be a challenge for squadrons to organize sufficient numbers of cadets for an activity outside of normal meeting times, but two Hawaii Wing squadrons did just that on the 4th of July in displays of patriotism and community service. On the Big Island, Kona Composite cadets marched in Kona’s annual 4th of July parade, while on Oahu, West Oahu Composite cadets provided a color guard and banner bearers in support of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
